All prices are in AUD Dollars and all payments must be made in AUD dollars.

Orders will only be processed after FULL payment is received.

Cancellation or alteration of orders are NOT permitted after payment is received.

A confirmation email of your order status will be sent upon receipt of your order. Final payment details( total amount payable, including postages charges) will also be confirmed via email.

Kindly note that orders with incomplete or incorrect information oftens result in delays. So please check details carefully. Any inconvenience is greatly regretted.

Otherwise stated, all items are Pre-Order except those that are stated 'In-Store'.

Estimated waiting time for pre-order items is 2 to 3 weeks from the day payment is received. In-Store items will be send out on the next business days from the day payment is received.

Please choose items carefully as items are non-refundable (except out of stocks items) and non-exchangeable if you change your mind or make incorrect choice. For quality assurance, all items' condition will be checked upon arrival. Any faulty items will be returned to the suppliers directly. Refunds for out of stock items will be done within 14 working days.

Miiko will not hold any responsibility for any mistakes you made in your orders.

Please be aware that colors of some items may differ slightly from the pieces shown on your monitor due to the capture capability of different cameras and computer displays. Also please allow 2-3 cm discrepancies for the measurements provided due to different batches in production or ways of measurements.

Miiko will not be responsible for any loss of items/packages in the mail.

MiiKo will not hold any responsibility for any issues relating to custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees and charges. For further information regarding these charges, please contact your local custom office.

To place an order, simply just send us an email @ (miikofashion@hotmail.com) the following details: Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Birthday, Contact Number, Product Code, Size, Color & Quantity. Choice of Postage: Normal Mail or Registered Mail. To become a member of MiiKo, please select: Option 1 or Option 2.(Refer to Be A Member of MiiKo for further details.)
